Return Process

  Ensure your equipment is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Package Securely

  Drain all fuel and oil from motorized equipment and pack the item securely in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method and retain your receipt until your refund is processed.
